If you are a Guru who has a complaint listed, here is what you can do to remove the posting:
- All Avoid Postings include the client's full name.
- Contact the client directly to work out a Resolution to your dispute.
- Ask the client to email us to remove or edit their posting.
- We will immediately comply with the client's request.
TO FILE A COMPLAINT:
If a seminar promoter, email promoter or infomercial has victimized you, contact your local Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Bureau of Consumer Protection. The FTC does not resolve individual consumer problems, but your complaint helps them investigate fraud, and can lead to law enforcement action. Click here for more information from the FTC.
